Front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean like expected and loved the hot tub 🤘 I liked how maintenance was cleaning it and well maintenance everything.

Pool was closed.
Hot tub appeard dirty.
We had to ask for extra blankets.. received 2 towels instead.
Breakfast wasn't open at 6am as noted at
check in. We waited until 6:30 & still no breakfast.
Over all rooms are fine & beds are comfortable.

We apologize for any inconvenience our pool being our of order may have caused you during your stay, as it was an unexpected issue that had occurred and needed dire repairs. In regards to our breakfast hours, we apologize that you were misinformed. Monday through Friday our breakfast does open at 6 am however on the weekends, breakfast does not begin until 7 am. For future reference, we do have a sign posted with the breakfast hours for your convenience. We hope to see you back again soon so that we may provide you with a more superior experience. Thank you.

3晚600美元，没有网络。网络无法使用，我打电话给客服，IT人员说酒店没有企业IT服务，直接通过康卡斯特提供服务。
如果没有网络，就不要宣传网络服务了。
地理位置便利，员工服务也很好。早餐比一般酒店好。不过，泳池和热水浴缸看起来脏兮兮的，而且我不喜欢的是，他们竟然不允许我延迟到下午1点退房，我住了4天，住的是两个独立的房间，而且在当地价格还挺高。热水浴缸在入住的前两三天都坏了。他们说我们上午11点以后入住要额外支付50美元，我觉得这太吓人了。
