Right now we are very short staffed on housekeeping and they are doing their very best to get the rooms ready and cleaned. We do understand how this can be an inconvenience to guest's time. We also no longer have rooms was three queen beds, as we did remodel. Our new rooms that accommodate the same amount of people have the pullout couch as the third bed. Again I do apologize that your stay did not go the way that it was planned.Thank you for staying with us.

We did not have a pet with us. I asked for a first floor room as there was no elevator. I was told first floor was for the people with pets. My husband ended up pulling a muscle while taking my bag up the very steep staircase.

You were asked if the first-floor request was required to which you had said that you could manage the stairs. If it was a requirement we would have made the accommodation. We prioritize what our guests require, and the safety and pet policy first then consider our guests requests.

Breakfast had several choices and air conditioning in room worked good.
The only thing we noticed upon getting ready the next morning was there were three live bugs we killed on the floor.

酒店很干净,最近重新装修过,离I-90公路很近。房间也翻新了,不过没有熨斗和熨衣板。早餐有鸡蛋、香肠、土豆,还有麦片、华夫饼、面包、酸奶、咖啡、果汁等等。
Miguel办理入住时非常愉快。没记住早餐时那位女士的名字,但她超级友善和乐于助人。态度很棒。

所以,总的来说,如果只住一晚,还可以,但不能住更多了!!
