We were booked for two nights and left after one as we didn't sleep at all due to facing Interstate 15. Terrible, terrible noisy diesels, motorcycles, cars , trucks,.....i guess i was wrong to assume they would insulate or noise proof windows at a hotel next to an interstate.

It was a good place to stay. Close to what we wanted to do. Close to a living aquarium that was fun to visit. Our room didn’t have a bathroom lock or fan in the bathroom so our little one would just open and close the bathroom doors all day.

Pet friendly, the gym is decent for a hotel gym. Room was clean, staff was friendly.
We have been here before, and I was looking forward to the omelette station but it seemed there was no one there each morning when I came down for breakfast. This has nothing to do with the staff, but I did see someone using their hands in the fruit station to grab handfuls of grapes.
Sometimes the elevator takes a long time, if my room was not directly in front of the elevator, I would have just taken the stairs. Sometimes it would come to the floor, the light would turn off on the button, and it would never open up. That being said, being directly across from the elevator could be concerning for noise, but we didn't hear anything too crazy while we were in our room.

The staff was excellent, the room was way above average, and the breakfast was excellent. They even had an omelette chef making omelettes to order! We highly recommend and will always stay there in the future.

Customer service was the best I have experienced from check in to housekeeping and throughout the stay and check out.
