After being on the road all day I went to check in at the hotel and the doors were locked and they had no one to check me in. They did not answer their phone. I ended up making a reservation at quality inn down the street with no problem. I don't know who's going to see this but someone owes me a refund

The water pressure was nonexistent. I had to hold the thing on the spicket up so the little dribbles of water would come out of the shower head and not the tub. They said that it was due to Maitenance. Never offered any form of reimbursement or anything to make up for it.

All furniture was damaged and worn out. Carpet had melted. Couldn't turn fridge on. pervasive odors and grafitti carved throughout property. Front desk is only open 10am-10pm.
Staff was nice and very helpful when canceling the rest of my stay.

The room was not well cared for. It looked nothing like pictures. There was a metal spring bed frame. Not like normal hotels. TV was broken. Floor was dirty. Building smelled like urine and cigarettes.

The bed was comfortable, but it didn't seem clean. I'm trying to tell myself it was, but the sheets were a dingey gray and there was a random pill on the floor.

The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and the mall and gas station .. the place was okay my fist room that I got the lights on the bathroom didn't work but when I told the front dest they offer switch room the place it okay is Affordable the room was clen. The staff was very friendly
