When we pulled up to the property, the building and grounds were in disrepair. The desk clerk informed me that the TVs were out and the pool was broken. We booked a different room, losing the discount from the package.

Booked online and paid , when got there they said they didn't have any rooms available so they cancelled and issued a refund. It's been a week and haven't gotten anything , so called up there and apparently one of the workers we're canceling the rooms and keeping the money ! AWFUL !!

Was told by the hotel we would receive a refund and it would be 7-10 days. Never received and the hotel closed on 07.27.2025. Highly ticked off

I made a reservation, they canceled then still took my money. Horrendous! Horrible! I paid the $4.50 fee to make sure I was able to get my money back & I had to file a claim & pray I get my money back. The lobby was filthy anyway. Couldn't get anyone at the front desk to confirm my reservation. Nobody would answer a phone so we could confirm. Days Inn by Marriott in Sulphur Louisiana is a joke. It's straight trash. We had to get a room elsewhere and looking back, I'm so glad. I really hope that they will refund me because that's serious bull. especially since i had all the information I needed and it was confirmed through the booking site. Absolutely ZERO STARS. Absolutely NO BROWNIE POINTS. Even a zero is too much of a score.

This place was awful. I walked in and immediately said, I will it feel safe staying here. The place was dirty, falling apart and there was open food in the tables in the lobby, no cars or guests in the parking lot and a hand written sign in the counter that said be back in 10 min or for assistance call XXX. I immediately called ******* and expressed my concerns but only received a partial refund even though I did not stay on that property.

The front desk lady was super sweet and accommodating. 0/0 would not recommend. The bed had stains and the room was rundown and gross. The bathroom even had another persons trash on the floor and ***** on the towels. Once I got into the bed I just kept feeling things crawling on me. They have a sign which states if you leave for any reason they keep the $75 “deposit” probably how they make money because in person it’s awful.

The receptionist looked like she didnt wanna be there!! The room had roaches, the "clean" towels and pillows were dirty. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!

The room smelled musty, blankets had stains, floor was dirty, appliances were poor, water fixtures were poor, air conditioner worked good, a half a roll of toilet paper no waste baskets. Cheap room a place to lay your head
