This place needs a serious renovation. The place is run down.The curtains in the dining room are shredded and the rooms are dingy. Will not be staying here again!!!

There was food left in the refrigerator. I did not use the tub/shower; it didn't appear clean. There was a lot of dust in the rooms and hallways. My sinuses were irritated; I had to use multiple sinus medications. There was a mole smell in the stair area.

After checking out and at home. They called and wanted me to pay some sort of tax on my stay.

AC was not working properly and everything in the room was poorly maintained.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE!
Checked in and left shortly after. Did not stay either of the two days I had booked. Went get another hotel. This hotel deserves a zero. The hotel and room smelled of vinegar and roach spray. Restroom was moldy and the back of the bathroom door looked like someone or something was scraping to get out. Very sketchy place. Loitering in the parking lot. Maybe good for a druggie or lady of the night but not for a family. Not sure why this hotel would get ANY good reviews.

It was clean. Service was minimal. Removed dirty towels but did not replace them. We had to go to the desk to get towels. Maintenance man was very good-replacing lightbulbs in 2 lights the day we asked. Front desk either could not or would not help with directions or information. Breakfast was plentiful. Gym was adequate.

书桌旁的椅子少了一根扶手。墙壁很脏。走廊的地板上满是灰尘、干掉的口香糖等等。如果不是通过*******付款，我肯定会要求退款，然后另找住处。
我因为*******上的好评而匆忙预订了这家酒店，但我现在怀疑那些好评是不是假的。我住在329号房间。
顺便一提，早餐种类很丰富。

与其他舒适套房酒店相比，这家需要改进的地方很多。马桶冲水力度不够。灯罩不见了，书桌椅也坏了。房间感觉像是“快速清洁”过。自助早餐的咖啡淡而无味，就像自动售货机里的咖啡一样，让人提不起兴趣😑
