AC was not working properly and everything in the room was poorly maintained.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE!
Checked in and left shortly after. Did not stay either of the two days I had booked. Went get another hotel. This hotel deserves a zero. The hotel and room smelled of vinegar and roach spray. Restroom was moldy and the back of the bathroom door looked like someone or something was scraping to get out. Very sketchy place. Loitering in the parking lot. Maybe good for a druggie or lady of the night but not for a family. Not sure why this hotel would get ANY good reviews.

The carpets were very stained, and the hotel was a little smelly.

It was clean. Service was minimal. Removed dirty towels but did not replace them. We had to go to the desk to get towels. Maintenance man was very good-replacing lightbulbs in 2 lights the day we asked. Front desk either could not or would not help with directions or information. Breakfast was plentiful. Gym was adequate.

Reviews for this hotel are not very accurate !
Room felt dirty, restroom was moldy and lack of towels is something we had never experienced in hotels stays. Receptionist are not very friendly at least not to us.

Hotel is old but has been restored. Bath room is pretty small. Overall I would stay there again.

Old, neglected property. In need of updating. Dim lighting in room. Odor in room. Well worn furniture, bedding, drapes. Lobby and entry way cluttered, dirty floors. Check in slow. Personnel not unfriendly, but not very interested in guests. I will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

First off when walk into the property to check in. The front desk lady is playing on her phone and ask what do I want. Then after going back in forth with the lady on trying to check me in. She gave me a room that was dirty. The place has never been dusted and duct tape on the blinds. Also the bathroom had comment all on the ground that wasn’t cleaned up. Front desk said I need to deal with it cause they only have two house cleaners for the three story hotel. The only thing that was comfortable was the bed. The toilet would barely work. I asked for them to fix it and it never got fixed. The food was bland for breakfast no season. Then the front desk had attitude again at check out saying I shouldn't call corporate office to report them only contact the gm of the property. They sai hotel inc has not even responded back to my emails. I will never and do not recommend people to stay here
