This hotel is distinguishing. The rooms are dirty, there was hair in our bathtub on the wall, they smell like an old dirty room, and we had very little hot water. Also, th e area is very sketchy. We had people ask us for ride, strange people hanging outside of our room, and issues that involved the cops at the restaurant and bar next door. If you have booked here, move your reservation. It is worth the extra dollars.

I thought we were there just prior to demolition. The absolute worst hotel. Dilapidated, unsafe, insecure. Splotches on the side of the box spring looked like a crime scene. Torn curtains with large holes, malfunctioning air conditioner. Roof looked as though it was going to fall in at any moment. I could say more, but you get the picture.When asked at the front desk if anyone ever complained, she said no...we laughed out loud.

Passing through heading back to Louisiana. Looked at my Wyndham app, found this dump of a hotel, boy the pictures are so deceiving. I checked in, office area is nice but then I was welcomed to hell. I went to get a refund, "sorry we don't do that". There is a WINDOW AC UNIT that YOU either have to fold over so you can feel the non cold air, let it drape over the window unit or leave the curtain wide open. Hope you don't expect to watch your favorite show because it displays "welcome to Days Inn" the ENTIRE time the TV is on. I felt like I was in a scary movie hotel. I put the chair under the door handle even though all they had to do was push the ac out of the window. Please for the love of God DO NOT STAY HERE.

Gross gross! We where siting on the bed and a cockroach dropped right on my mans head! And there was a bag of molded water on the door where the map of the hotel was! No no no no ! The room smelled and the room had a musty feel too it. We left that night we could not stay!

We checked in at 1241am. The guy who checked us in was very nice and patient. Room was missing lightbulbs. Bathroom had blue residue at the bottom, toilet had powder stuff in it and sink had soap rings on counter. Beds are very hard. Had breakfast at 7am and they were already out of pastries and eggs and no milk for cereal and oatmeal was cold. When I went to checkout the lady was nice but waited along time for her to show up at the desk at 715am.

Nice large ADA room however bath with roll in shower was narrow & a tight fit to get an electric scooter into.

there was ceral and make your waffel for breakfast
a little disapointed they used the Baymont name for a refurbished older building.
Our handycap room had a great bathroo, but was very small. not place to hang anything. had to plug in frig adn could not get TV to work.
We managed but is not on our list to stay there again.

Very bad experience at the Baymont by Wyndham in Rock Springs, NE. Paid way too much for an unfinished bathroom remodel, no ice in the ice machine, dry cereal and yogurt for breakfast and made a reservation for a king bed but room was dirty so ended up in a room with two queens! I was looking for a pet-friendly hotel and will continue to look……

Very nice, new - remodeled hotel. Super nice and clean. The restaurant next door had terrific food.
