Nice new hotel, good staff, good breakfast, Right on the hi way. Has a local restaurant adjoining which gave a discount to hotel guest.

Watch out if you have a pet
This property is wonderful because of the staff!!!! They are so helpful and friendly!!! My only complaint would be I was told on a phone call and in person the pet policy was $25 or $30 dollars. When I received my final bill it was $50!!!! That’s VERY high for this location. I’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn, La Quinta, and a Marriott in this same small town and pet fee was free or $25-35 range. I would consider that next time for sure! I phoned prior to booking and asked upon arrival two times and was quoted the other price… $25 and $35. I was saddened when tonight I saw my invoice for $50!!!!

It has recently been remodeled and looks almost new! Love the lobby and breakfast area and the room was very comfortable. Extremely clean, and the staff from the kind lady who makes breakfast and checks in with everyone, to the friendly housekeeping staff, to the front desk staff, we so welcoming!

The staff here were wonderful. I was in town for a funeral and checked in very late. The night front desk agent, Alex, called to check in with me and make sure I was okay because I hadn’t checked in yet. The front desk agent in the morning, Nikkon, was also very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out. This was so helpful as we had had such a long exhausting visit and my friend had a newborn, and they were just so kind during our visit and made a really tough weekend much more bearable. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Farmington.

Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor making all kinds of sounds. Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom in the entry just as you walk in the room, feels a little odd to me. Hotel is new. Everything is fresh. The price was right, I guess. The breakfast was fine. I checked in a little late, and only stayed one night. It did the job.
