酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You were charged $25 dollars extra because you arrived early and our check-in time is at 3pm. You have the choice to check in early. If you did not want to pay $25 dollars you could have simply waited. Also, for guest that arrive post-1pm, we usually don't charge an early check in fee so you most likely arrived close to check out time which would be 4 hours early.

I probably won't stay here again
The water in the shower is not hot There roaches in the room. I've staying here for years when I come in town..but haven't been any improvements.

Although the person that checked me in was great the room was awful. The mold around the tub was enough to make my allergies become a problem. It about 10 minutes for the hot water to get warm. There was spider web’s in the corner on the ceilings. When I asked to be changed I was told they only had a double and I would have to pay the difference. I left ten minutes later.

You get what you pay for
Sheets had stains on one of the beds,a lot of termites and the walls are really thin.you could hear the tv next door all night.won’t stay again but the area was quiet

Need hot water
I always stay here when I visit my hometown and I always get the same room with no hot this is grievance with this put some hot water in room 207.

My stay was very pleasant, quiet ,most of all very clean room, staff was very nice and if u need anything they def would go out there way to get it for you .I highly recommend this hotel I will definitely be back :)
