Solid value and safe and clean.
The property is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and had all the features you would expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if I am in Slidell in the future. Very satisfying experience especially for the price.

Could not check in when we arrived as computer was down. Was told I would get a call when computer was up. An hour and a half later came back and computer was up but I was not called. Put us in a room that had been recently smoked in when we requested no smoking. Multiple maintenance issues in replacement room. Toilet leaked and AC had bad compressor and was VERY noisy. Had to turn it off to be sleep.

This is a dump.
Whole room smell like mold. Mold around the tub and in the air conditioner. Tiny room, no closet, no hangers, no ironing board. Pillows smelled like sweat and mold. This stay shows that the reviews are manipulated. This is not a 7.8 rated motel. I usually stay at the Suburban Studios which is fine but rated lower. I checked out at 530am as I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

The customer service rep and Manger were not welcoming and unwilling to provide assistance in clearing up an issue at check in. Roims were diry with hair on bed and sheets not changed.
