Truly disappointed. We arrived around 1 am after a long travel day and from the moment I opened the door to the room there was an odor. The room was dirty, stains on the furniture and curtains. The tub had mold and was dirty, the sink paint cracked and dirty and the place was just gross. My allergies immediately acted up, I was sniffling, sneezing, my skin and eyes itched terribly and I had to double up on my allergy meds and inhaler and use allergy eye drops constantly. We were there until morning when I found a different hotel. Still haven’t received an answer from ******* or the hotel regarding a refund. Staff was friendly but that didn’t help the physical problems within the hotel. Terrible experience.

I was shown three rooms: the first one had a very musty smell, the second one had ice covering the AC air intake area, the third one had powerful smell of room freshener to disguise the musty smell. The carpet in the hallway had stains. The elevator was out of order. The free breakfast was extremely minimalistic and did not feel fresh. The linen looked old and in need of replacement. This is not a property operated by Wyndham but by a licensee, and it is clear that Wyndham has not performed any proper inspections.

Excellent basic hotel room. Breakfast is a nice add-on but really for the price, you get a great basic hotel room with nice amenities.

I just needed a room for a week and it did the job. I did not expect anything extravagant so just to have a place to lay my head and a cool enough room with no Super benefits. This was adequate. What was amazing was that I had to dispute a second charge on the room That was more than the time that I had agreed to rent the room for. And now I am in dispute of what seems like an additional day. I don’t understand how these things happen, but the service is lackadaisical on that end.

Showed up for late check got charged and then told room I reserved wasn’t available - said that wasn’t acceptable - clerk took 5 - got room agreed upon but the beds were sunk in and room quality was weepin. Usually don’t mind motel 8s but this one was kinda beat. At least my experience.

The hotel is a PADS homless shelter. People hanging around entrances smoking tobacco and pot. I had a trailer and car loaded with guitars , sport memorabilia and other valuable items I couldn't sleep because I was afraid it was going to get broken. Don't believe the website it makes a hotel look decent. As for breakfast it was non-existent if you could get in there you got cold cereal they have families living there with children going to school. I should have just went to another place but the wife didn't want me to lose the money I had paid to stay there it was non-refundable.

Visitors beware
we arrived at the hotel between 730 and 8:00 PM and took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and help us after we repeatedly rang the bell. Elevator was broken forced us to take the stairs and person at front desk actually laughed when we asked for directions to the elevator room was OK at best bathroom was terribly dirty holes in the wall, large gaping hole around insect Kleenex box, toilet would not flush and was refilling with water about every 45 minutes to an hour. In general hotel looked very dirty and unkept. towels and bathroom that should’ve been freshly cleaned had dark hair strands embedded on the towel. also around 10 to 10:30 PM there seemed to be construction noise going on in the hallway or in an adjacent room.
