The room was clean, but all the electric plugs were worn out and barely made contact when I plugged in my phone charger.

Check in went ok until we got to our room. The smell of mold was overwhelming and there was even mold spores on the lamp shade. Went to front desk and asked for a different room and the front desk woman went away for about 15 minutes then came back and gave us another room. The 2nd room was much better except the hair dryer feel off the wall of the bathroom. I also was not asked if I was a choice member so I will inform them in the morning when I check out and see if my member number can be applied to this reservation.

Check in staff person was great. I made the reservation on Orbitz for the wrong night. Shr said no problem, changed the date, snd got me right into a room.
Bathroom floor was very slippery but everything else was clean and up to date.

Bad location right on top of 10. Had to change rooms SS no tv remote. Housekeeping was lax in work. Why a TV in bathroom. How about lightbulbs in lamps but front desk night lady went beyond to make us comfortable

We had two rooms. In one room the microwave came on by itself and had to be unplugged to stop it. In the other room the tub was badly stained and the tv would not work. I kept getting a message to login, but every time I tried I got an error message about there not being a server. There were no USB ports anywhere in my room so I was unable to charge my devices. We got to the breakfast area at 8:30 the next morning - there were no eggs, no bacon/sausage, etc. The person in charge of breakfast said they were being cooked. It was about 10 minutes before she brought them out of the kitchen. We had already had the Saran-wrapped sausage biscuits and some cereal as we wanted to get on the road. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, this is it, but if you want some amenities look elsewhere.

Front desk clerk was OK but not overly friendly. The breakfast was good but the selection was limited.
