The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best for this star rating of a hotel. The only downside is the building seems very run down. Mildew smell was overwhelming in our room and hallway. Pretty sure our room had water damage in the bathroom at one point as I could see the wall and been poorly repaired. The outside of the building looks very rundown compared to the other hotels surrounding it.

Not the cleanest place to stay
Strains of hair in the bed so obviously the bedding wasn’t washed before it was made again and also stains on the mattress. Hotel has a mildew like odor. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The window air condition quit working in the middle of the night and when it cut off it also cut off the TV. Three consecutive days, third shift staff stated they going to move me. 1st shift staff stated all rooms sold out. I was told by 1st staff also told me to unplug and plug A/C stop cooling. Maintenance finally came to my room Monday morning at check out, and place work ticket to remove A/C and check the breakers. Management never made any suggestions to make up for the poor service and even poorer lodge stay.

The room smelled of mold in the carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet our entire trip. The hot tub was broken for the pool and we were told by the front desk that the pool closes at dark, which was 6 PM then the next day we were told the pool closed at 7 PM.

The door was loose and did not feel secure. The room smelled like stale smoke. The security card readers were outdated and the reader for side access was broken and the door was unlocked, anyone could get in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Served the same thing everyday. Would’ve been nice to mix it up some. Room was sub-par. It felt very damp. Even the carpet felt damp. And our clothes felt damp as well. So very disappointed with that. Other than that it was fine.

Chose this hotel for hot tub. No heater working. No hot tub or pool. Closed at 7pm no blankets in room very cold, toilet loosely mounted to floor.TV Remote HAD NO VOLUME NOR STATION SELECTION, our walk up rate was 82$ hotels . Com charged $30 more . All in all poor value for the $ don’t think I use your service again
