Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Served the same thing everyday. Would’ve been nice to mix it up some. Room was sub-par. It felt very damp. Even the carpet felt damp. And our clothes felt damp as well. So very disappointed with that. Other than that it was fine.

Chose this hotel for hot tub. No heater working. No hot tub or pool. Closed at 7pm no blankets in room very cold, toilet loosely mounted to floor.TV Remote HAD NO VOLUME NOR STATION SELECTION, our walk up rate was 82$ hotels . Com charged $30 more . All in all poor value for the $ don’t think I use your service again

Average stay, good people.
The property was older and room smelled a little moldy but was visibly clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The property was average but served it’s purpose for a 2- night stay.

Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... Was booked on 3rd floor but that was against rules due to having 2 dogs so we fortunately got fitted onto 1st fl corner. Had a great stay. We will return ✨️🌻💜
