Check in was very easy and friendly. Reception was super cute with a photo opportunity. Bed was comfortable. Hotel has sone wear and tear but would stay again.

房间虽然干净，但很旧，维护也很差。老旧的装饰线条都粘在一起了，浴室门也很脆弱。紧邻高速公路，噪音很大。凌晨五点，误报的火警响了，但没人通知大家是否需要疏散，也没人告诉大家什么时候能解除警报。警报一直响个不停。如果你不问大堂里唯一的工作人员，你什么都不知道。我们提前退房了，因为房间里闪烁的应急灯和持续不断的火警警报实在太吵，我们根本睡不着了。他们既不退款，也不给出任何时间表或道歉，只是让我们去找*******。以后再也不会去了。
我们在这家酒店的住宿体验令人失望。半夜我们被隔壁房间孩子的哭声吵醒，孩子一度开始猛烈敲打我们的房门，这让我们感到不安，仿佛身处陷阱。我们立即致电前台，他们表示会处理。然而，之后我们再也没有收到任何后续消息，问题也没有得到解决。考虑到我们支付的价格，我们期望酒店能提供更好的沟通、更周到的安全保障以及更舒适的住宿体验。
酒店还可以，房间可以更干净一些。我最后悔的是通过*******预订的，他们不允许我更改预订，而且我还得支付我根本没入住的那一天的费用。真是糟糕的政策！
