We were in town for a wedding.Check in was pretty good with the exception that the front desk person forgot to give my ID back. Our hotel room was very dirty-specs of boogers, blood, dirt, and miscellaneous trash in the room and bathroom. Parking lot was okay. Extremely noisy with the freeway immediately alongside the hotel. At a point i asked for a fork and front desk man said i could buy one with breakfast. Really? Penny pinching for sure. Only really good bc of proximity to dining ang our venue...smh...overall disgusting

I was on the 3rd floor and looking at the highway but it was super noisy they should have better windows to mitigate the noise

The staff and everything was great! The room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was not musty or scummy at all. I had a great experience here. I will be staying again.

Lost me as a customer
Room was clean but there was a chemical smell that gave me a headache and not much sleep.
I could not stay another night like that.

Beware when staying at this Hotel! I checked into my room on the 25th of September and noticed the TV was not working and the screen was messed up So I went to the front desk and they put me in a new room. The stay was ok and I got up the next morning and had breakfast, showered and checked out. I got home the next day to find out they charged my credit card $300!!!
I called the hotel and they told me they charged my credit card because I broke the TV! Absolutely Ridiculous !!! If this is the way they treat people I would strongly recommend not staying at this place or any CROWN PLAZA HOTEL!

Rooms are big, hotel is very clean, but not much for noise reduction, we could hear every noise coming from the hallway.
