Back and forth communication concerning check in time was excellent. Upon arrival the agent checking me in could not find my reservation, come to find out he booked my room under a different visitor’s name. He supposedly charged the visitor for the room, but charged my card. Lack in knowledge on how to use the system because the agent I spoken to the morning before checkout was able locate my reservation. I was charged a total of 3 times when we should’ve only been charged twice mistake due to previous agent’s mistake. The bed sets had stains and carpet needs a good cleaning due to large visible stains. Overall the stay was manageable.

The price is ok, but for a Hyatt it has gone down hill. The room smelled a little mildewy and the walls had been patched with different colors of paint.

Fantastic Hotel!!! there are several options for hotel rooms in this area, but this one is by far the best for your money. The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, but not nosy. Good breakfast, excellent location. Have already rebooked.

After a cancelled flight, we were able to book quickly. Check in was fast, room was spacious and clean.

I would like to give 5 stars, but giving 4 because of A/C. There is no AUTO option, so the fan keeps running, even though room temperature is set, and a bit loud. All others are very good. All staffs are nice, easy to check-in/out, good location and clean.
Strongly recommend.
