Burned out lightbulbs in two lamps, when using the air conditioner the draperies blew open, no ice maker in property and no ice cube trays provided, no extra blankets, floor was sticky and old gum stuck in carpet, elevator very dirty, staff friendly

Clean and Quiet
This was a great location near Chicago Midway. I arrived after midnight but they were able to accommodate my check in. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe enough. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in need of renovation but it’s kept clean and provided a comfortable night’s rest.

The elevator was broken/unserviceable for 2 days during our stay, so we had to use the stairs & carry our luggage up to our room on the second floor which was a slight inconvenience
The cable in our room did brocade local Chicago Cubs baseball games during our stay, which would have also been nice to watch especially since the hotel is so close to Chicago.

工作人员非常好！我本来想向他们要房间里的物品，比如咖啡壶……结果他们给了一个，说壶太小了，要把它举到壶顶才能出咖啡。微波炉里的玻璃盘子不见了。冰箱和橱柜外面又脏又粘。
我要求挂个“请勿打扰”的牌子，结果他们说不会打扰我们，因为他们每两周才来一次……
工作人员很友好，房间也挺干净，但床就像睡在水泥地上一样。微波炉没有旋转盘，所以食物不会旋转。冰箱门装反了，所以打开的方向不对。浴帘太小，遮不住整个淋浴间。
