Quiet place, the room i got had a kitchen which was a huge plus. Inwill be booking for a month just because of the convenience of having these amenities.

I stayed at the Extended Stay in Burr Ridge, Illinois, in room 305, and while the staff was very nice and helpful, the experience was not good at all. The smell was horrible from the moment we walked in, and it lingered all night. The carpet was old, dirty, and full of stains, the walls had scratches and marks, and even the lamps had stains. The beds were outdated and uncomfortable. This was probably the worst hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, and the room definitely needs a remodel.

Hotel was close to the interstate , within 30 min to
Navy pier and the lake front , good stay for the price
Could use a lil update but overall it’s I’d stay again. Everyone that worked there were really nice

Burned out lightbulbs in two lamps, when using the air conditioner the draperies blew open, no ice maker in property and no ice cube trays provided, no extra blankets, floor was sticky and old gum stuck in carpet, elevator very dirty, staff friendly

Great staff
You can tell they are making great changes to the hotel slowly. Great location staff was definitely friendly and amazing
工作人员非常好！我本来想向他们要房间里的物品，比如咖啡壶……结果他们给了一个，说壶太小了，要把它举到壶顶才能出咖啡。微波炉里的玻璃盘子不见了。冰箱和橱柜外面又脏又粘。
我要求挂个“请勿打扰”的牌子，结果他们说不会打扰我们，因为他们每两周才来一次……
工作人员很友好，房间也挺干净，但床就像睡在水泥地上一样。微波炉没有旋转盘，所以食物不会旋转。冰箱门装反了，所以打开的方向不对。浴帘太小，遮不住整个淋浴间。
