Warm greeting and welcome, prompt check in and follow up to make sure my room worked.
Kamry took the time to recommend three close in restaurants so I had good options to choose from.

Floor was soaked from cleaning and smelled like moldy water. The night manager was very apologetics but did not offer to change room

This location needs to get their key card service updated. The jiggling and gyrations required to even get the key card to work is unacceptable.
Won’t be staying here the next time we come through Rock Springs WY.
The Staff were very helpful. Their frustration with the key card issues was evident.

I couldn't get access to the Wi-Fi and the manager blamed my laptop for its' security, which is not true. All devices are blocked from the hotel's internet depriving me of communication access. I am Deaf and I depend on the Wi-Fi to make video calls on my tablet and I couldn't sleep last night, I was so upset and I ended up calling the Deaf Crisis Line. The floor in this room was awful, needs to be replaced! AND why is the Hearing and HC Accessible room at the far end of the hall??? I was so tired from traveling from California and you made me walk all the way to the end? Geez! I would not recommend any Deaf travelers to stop at this place for any reasons.
I'd like a partial refund for my suffering from lack of Wi-Fi access!

设施比较老旧，需要翻新。我们房间的地毯也旧了，还有个破洞。很多角落和缝隙里都能看到污垢。浴室瓷砖的填缝剂也很脏。我发现了一个空信封，上面写着打扫我们房间的两位女士的名字——这显然是在要小费。我不是反对给小费，但请不要‘明示’。淋浴间里也没有洗发水或沐浴露的分配器。
