As a smoker, i prefer not to in most enclosed spaces. I cant stand the smell, this place was full of it. I was in a non smoking room, but was next to one. I bought Frebreeze for the night i was there. I will go next door next time.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, minus an uncomfortable smell.

Hotel stunk of cigarette smoke. Shower head did not shower water. Hotel needs update. Toilet is small and sits extremely low.

We stayed 3 nights and none once we had the cleaning service. I won’t recommend to stay here

The host with the Viking rune tattoos was incredibly welcoming and that made all the difference after a long day

Great customer service
At first we were placed in a smoking room (I didn't even know those still existed). Due to my husband asthma, i asked to be changes and the guy at the front desk was so nice and took care of us immediately. The new room was comfortable and clean.
