I stay at this reasonably priced no-frills motel frequently when I take mini getaways across town to gamble and shop at the outlets. I'm always thrilled when I see Letitia at the front desk; she's so friendly and helpful every time I stay!

Disgusting. Mold in the room. The carpet is sticky, stained. There were cigarette burns in the threadbare blanket sandwiched between sheet and coverlet. There is a mold stain on the ceiling by the vent. The room smelled like an old ashtray in a bar. That and ****. It was a non-smoking room.

The room was comfortable. The only comment was the cleaning staff needs to clean a bit better behind nightstands and in corners but overall I would stay again. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Pool was out of service. No room service. Clerks had no clue about the website information. I should not have to go daily to get fresh towels. Restaurant and the sports lounge closed, apparently due to staffing problems. Oh, continental breakfast, nope! A baggie breakfast with water bottle, piece of fruit and a yogurt.

If you are just staying a night, it is alright. Very outdated rooms, but pretty quiet. We couldn’t use the pool bc it wasn’t filled or anything. Man when we checked in was pretty nice, women at check out wasn’t. Overall just okay.

Everything was just great. From the check in to the check out. Always stay at the Ramada. And it never disappoints. Great view and great location. But next level service as always. Cleanness and great house keeping. Can’t wait till my next stay in this location.
