This is a hotel that desperately needs an update. The room was clean but very dated and the beds were horrible. Breakfast is included but the bread was so dried out that not even toasting it couldn’t salvage it. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel this was it.

The gentleman at the desk was friendly and accommodated our requests. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets were a bit threadworm, but they were clean and comfy. . If you don’t need the Ritz, this is just fine as a place to lay your head after a long day. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast fare, so nothing to complain or rave about. A note: I couldn’t open the door to my room, so the clerk came to help me. I was turning the knob the wrong way, so it was operator error. Overall, I was very satisfied and will be staying again should I find myself in need of a room in Rawlins again.

First of all we had requested joining room when it was brought to his attention he threw a fit about it. The door to one of our rooms didn’t latch shut. We had to block it shut. The cold water doesn’t work so the shower was either hot or burning there was no in between. Went to the vending machine only to find out it wasn’t even plugged in. There was one room where there dog was barking at everyone. This place is a waste of time and money.

This hotel is in desperate need of updates. The room was clean but old. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the overwhelming smell of curry turned us off. We went next door to the restaurant and it was not great but what we expected as we didn’t want to drive anymore. Next time we’d go into Rawlins and stay at a ever hotel. If you don’t want to pay much for a room you’ll get what you paid.
