The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was in order however upon preparing to take a shower I was greeted by a very large cockroach on the inside of the shower curtain. I did let the staff know and a room upgrade was offered however I had already done an upgrade. I do feel the dust around the air conditioning vents should also have been cleaned.

The original room that was assigned to me AC was out. Talked to the night staff regarding issue and she reset the system and told me to call if the issue wasn’t fixed. Called the front desk about an hour later and she didn’t offer any solutions over the phone. Told me she would contact her manager to see if we could be moved to a different room. I decided to go down to front desk to figure out a solution and she seem quite reluctant to do anything to help with issue because they were double booked for the next night. Stop the smoking that’s the only bad thing if you have asthma then you shouldn’t stay at this hotel it’s ridiculously filled with smoke

Room wasn't serviced , bed was used , trash was left ... too late to move to another room due to how quick we rushed in to get settled. Daughter was already in shower an lot of stuff to transport.. got late check out tho..

Hotel was nice but dated. Shower was pretty nice the bedroom wasn't as clean as you would hope.
The bed and pillows slept good and the noise of the hotel overall wasn't bad.
I will be staying there again in the future every month with business.

It would be five stars if the facility had a crib/pack & play onsite. I found it insane that we showed up for our reservation and we were told that there was nothing available for our 1 year old.
