I stayed for 5 days. I asked that my room be cleaned on the 3rd day. I was told they were to busy to accommodate my request.

I’m writing this to inform people that the cleaning staff did not properly complete their job during my stay Several areas were left uncleaned, including the floors, restrooms, and trash bins we had to take out our own trash. This is unacceptable, as these tasks are part of their regular responsibilities and should be completed consistently. There was a razor in the bathroom left by the previous people who were in the room and the cleaning people missed that ?
Please make sure this issue is addressed immediately and that the cleaning team understands the expectations moving forward.

Do NOT recommend
Hot tub broken, rooms not up to standard with mold and broken shower and roaches. The pictures do NOT match the condition of the hotel at all. They also refused to give me a refund on my room so we had no choice but to stay.

First night horrible had to switch rooms. Room was nasty then switched to another room it was nasty and we was walked in on by another family. Then switched to another room it was okay definitely don’t plan on staying here again ! The

Hot tub didn't work. Water was cold. Charged extra for room after booking. Vending machines only takes cash and front desk wouldn't give change.

Clean rooms very friendly
Parking lot could be bigger. In some spots it was hard to get in and out.
The indoor pool was not running water was still hot tub wasn’t working
