Parking lot could be bigger. In some spots it was hard to get in and out.

Stayed here for an anniversary trip to “Mystic Falls” looking forward to the close proximity to Old Town Conyers and Covington activities. However, our main point in booking this hotel vs others was the availability of an indoor hot tub which many of the other hotel options did not have. We were so looking forward to enjoying the hot tub in the evenings. However, our first night we come to find out the hot tub was not working by stepping into a freezing cold tub. NO prior notification of this and not mention of it during check in. When we asked about it we were told “oh it’s been down for like 2 weeks no clue when it will be fixed”. If they had known for that long there’s no reason the website couldn’t reflect it or at least send out a courtesy notice prior to arrival. If I had known, I would not have booked here as this was the key highlight but at least a heads up would have felt more hospitable. We received a text the following day from the hotel asking how our stay was going- I mentioned our unhappiness about the hot tub situation and received a message that they’d follow up but no one ever did. Everyone knows hotel continental breakfast is never great, but it actually made my husband sick. Had hoped to discuss further at check out, but we weren’t even asked how our stay was. I will say the room was clean and bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the rest of our time there was quite the let down.

The staff was very kind and super accommodating. We have service animals and the suite we stayed in was clean and spacious. Elizabeth checked us in and out and was great!!

This was a great hotel for the price! We needed a hotel for one night on our trip and luckily found this one. The breakfast options were plentiful. The pool was nice but extremely cold. We thought it said there was a heated pool, so that was a slight disappointment. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a very good stay. Only problem was the fire alarm constantly going off around 6am. Very disturbing.

Bed was uncomfortable. Ants in the bathroom dirty walls and floors. Paint chipped toilet seat. Brown water coming from shower and faucet. Unprofessional front desk staff. Noisy guest. Pool water was dirty and ice cold.
