Room had funny smell, everything dirty, mildew on shower curtain, glue in sink like they fixed it and left yellow glue inside sink, towels stained, blanket stained, light switches dirty, mirror dirty, room was disgusting. Looked like house keeping not serious about there job

Supposed to be non-smoking room. Room had cigarette smoke odor. Had to wash everything in my suitcase when I got home because of the stench on my clothing just from being in the room.

the room was dirty, we found multiple cockroaches especially in the bathroom.
The light and the fridge were dirty too.

I just recently checked in at this hotel. Amazing from the start to finish. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Overall great experience. Will definitely reconsider booking again when i come to ATL

Considering the other hotels in the area this is the best you're going to get for the price. Theres several areas which could be improved. As soon as we got there we noticed the toilet seat completely off... We've heard stories about if something is broken they blame you so we just dealt with it. The rooms AC is not on when you enter the room so it takes a long time to cool down.The floors were definitely dirty, could use a deep clean. The beds were hard as a rock with only three pillows on each bed so someone is left without a pillow if you have guests... and seriously hard. I was sore my whole stay. Make sure you ask for a do not disturb sign or they'll bang like the police early in the am. They have the tvs on a timer so they cut off after a few hours which wakes people like me up. The microwave had no keypad lights so you had to turn on room lights to use it. The fridge was on the highest setting so it took about a day to get it to get cool like it should have been. The breakfast isnt very good so we didn't use that service at all. Check in is at 3 so if you have a 6am flight youre going to pay $35 to check in early which we were able to do this visit.. time before this we paid for early check in and were only able to check in around noon which defeated the purpose. The pool was closed most of the time we were there.
Overall tho this visit was an extreme improvement from other stays and they are improving. Customer service is very good. And its the best deal youll get.

Dead bolt was broken in half, doors had large cracks around them. Floor was dirty. Someone was replacing an a/c unit in the adjacent room making loud noises until well after 9pm.

The shower was not hot in the last room I got and sink was dirty. Other than that the wk. before was an awesome room. Stay there for work on the weekends.

The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. They need to fix a lot in the room. The shower curtain had mildew. The toilet paper holder that is built into the wall was sticking out about an inch. There was an outlet also hanging out of the wall. I called and asked if I could check in early because I flew a red eye and they told me yes. I got to the hotel and the front desk treated me like I was stupid
