Horrible Experience
I was not happy with this stay. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. I reserved a king bed and was given two twin beds. The lamps in the room did not work. When I went to turn the shower on the knob fell off. And there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I WIL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Room had mildew in it wife had to buy bleach and clean it...the staff were amazing and very helpful butnthebissue is that i had to pay a deposit and never got it back...called and talked to staff and mo issues with my room and their system. Saysbit was refunded butbi never recieved it called again they said nothing we can do

My first day of check in they gave me pillows tht smelled like mild dew! I think that place should be inspected!!! and they told me they didn’t have a cooperate number that I could call!

Silver springs ran dry?
Was great quiet friendly, but the morning of my departure the hotel had no water for my shower

The pool was green they had no coffee on property. Everything they said was a lie. I am very disappointed in this property

Checked out 2 different rooms, before getting my money back and leaving!
