Ok place for the night. Breakfast was totally average, same as all other chain hotel free breakfast.
Good they are installing an elevator, schlepping bags up the stairs sucks.

Will sleep in my car next time
Got a double queen and the beds were somewhere between twin and full. If thats even a thing. For the price it wouldve been nice to be comfortable. The person at the front desk was nice, made the process quick even with a hiccup. But trying to figure out how they can say double queen when the beds are just a pinky length bigger than a twin. Id really like my momlney back

I didn't like the shampoo and conditioner dispenser... Older hands can't squeeze... otherwise, very nice❣️

Hotel was surprisingly nice given the low price. A hot breakfast was also a pleasant surprise in the morning. Would def recommend

The lady who checked me in was an awesome representative for the hotel. She was so kind and empathetic, towards me that I left there wanting to thank her 500 more times. She was fantastic!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and laundry facilities were supplied.Breakfast was acceptable although not exceptional.Close to transportation corridors

Staff not present at front desk. Swimming pool closed for maintenance, with no one working on the maintenance. Ice makers out of order. wouldn’t offer a refund. Didn’t ask if we were capable of making it upstairs. NO ELEVATOR. No public restroom “out of service” overall the floors were nasty, and it was very dirty.
酒店位置比较偏，得穿过酒吧区，走一段没有铺装的路才能到。泳池的水超级冷，所有住客下去试了试都说根本没法游，太冰了！枕头就是些小疙瘩，一点都不舒服。早餐我们基本没吃到，因为没人告诉我们早餐的具体时间，等我们去的时候，餐点都收走了。我想找点牛奶配麦片，因为麦片还在那儿，结果周一早上前台的那位女士态度特别差劲。她问我在找什么，然后说：“没什么可提供的了。” 退房的时候我提到泳池水太冷了，她竟然挖苦我们说：“我们酒店的水温就是固定的。” 我就问她：“是冰点吗？” 结果她更不客气地反驳我。我真是无语了，她最后还装腔作势地说：“祝您有个愉快的一天。” 真是糟糕透顶的客户服务……真应该把她解雇，她在电话里和在大堂对其他客人的态度都很差劲。
一切都非常干净，早餐也很美味。
