The room itself was clean and a good size. Parking adequate if you have a car and the staff friendly given the limited interaction we had. The area was so desolate and without a car was hard to navigate but the stay was nice overall.

So we booked a last minute room and because we showed up during their "Audit" we couldn't check into 3am when we showed up at midnight. Seriously horrible service. Will no longer be booking anything through extended stay.

My family had a horrible experience at one of your locations this past weekend. The Tacoma Fife location in Washington State specifically with an attendant Sheryl, and her manager.
I was just informed today the HM is refusing to refund our money after they said my family could not stay becuase my brother did not have an ID.
Sheryl was very rude with horrible customer service. As someone that has worked in customer services for 20 years including working as a housekeeper and waiter for three years, I am appalled by how my family was treated. It looked to be ****** in nature as Sheryl did not want to help my family and sidelined helping my mother twice.
I would like my money returned to me. ******* has given up on refunding this experience and just told me they can't do anything about it.

I was worried after reading the reviews but it was honestly great. The staff were absolutely lovely, it was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Only negative was there was a bit of hair in the linens and towels that the cleaning crew could take a bit more care with but other than that I would absolutely stay again

Set their own rules about the check-in age, even though the official terms and conditions tell a different story. Somehow couldn’t check in because I’m 20, but was old enough to turn around and go to the bus station by foot at almost midnight. The most impressive thing about the story is that they won’t give my money back, explaining that their manager doesn’t remember telling my desk assistant about all that check-in nonsense over the phone.
I have no problem with the desk assistant who was genuinely concerned for my safety and helped me a ton during my short stay in the lobby, I don’t know how to thank her enough. Still cannot give my money back, even escalated this problem for the second time.

For the price it was fine. "Grab and go" breakfast was a joke: mini muffins, hot cocoa, coffee, instant oatmeal. Thats it. No fruit, nothing. Biggest gripes are no hair dryer in the room, and they came by at 9am to replace the tv and beds across the hotel. I told them, No thanks, i check out at 11. They abided, but come on, you shouldnt be doing that until folks check out.

The beds were by far the most comfortable i have every had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well cared for. As we were leaving, the property was getting brand new beds and TVs throughout.
