Room 222 very much run down, smoke detector broken, bathroom floor tile mainly all loose and grout all over the floor. Needed floor swept. Breakfast was a negative score.

good room good breakfast nice hot tub. The only issue is we kept having to get a new room card and the lady was kind of rude about it. Not sure why the old ones kept going out because we never put it next to anything and we went through about five cards while staying here and room service went through our stuff so I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in the room but they didn’t take anything. Just thought it was kinda weird that my backpack was opened but I didn’t want to point fingers.

There were no coffee cups in unit.
There is a bad urine smell on the floor of the bathroom.
Staff VERY slow to answer bell for check-in.

The towels had black hair clumps on them then I unfolded them. The other guests were loud and obnoxious until well after 2am. The pool was shut down but this was not advertised. Their “breakfast” consisted of dry cereal and bisquick waffles. They also wanted a $200 deposit upon check in that still has not been refunded to my card. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company on Monday if it’s not back by then.

Will never stay again
The bed was hard as a rock, blanket was very thin, the pillows were horrible. The pool and hottub were both down. I do not recommend at all.
