I saw a roach crawling up the wall. The you had to slam it to make it close. I told the clerk about it. He said he will get someone to check the door and did not. He also said he will get the pest control out.

Rooms were clean and all but my bathroom door didn’t close shut or lock and also for the price you pay you don’t have a fridge in room.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I reserved a single king bed and was put in a double queen room. The neighbors were noisy all night, every night. Parking is awful here. There are only a few spots that will fit a larger truck.

Would give a 5 out of 5 except the refrigerator in room 211 didn't work. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Needed more towels and were given them immediately. Several places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and linens very nice. Was very quiet the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was good several different choices. Felt very safe there. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

一进门我们立刻就看到了蟑螂。冰箱很脏，里面有一只死蟑螂。
当天晚上我们回到接待处，他们立即为我们提供了另一个房间。最后我自己清理了冰箱。另一个房间没看到虫子，却突然把电视柜全部换掉了。新的订阅可能还没有开始，因为我们不能再看电视了。工作人员在友好程度和服务方面差异很大。
安静且维护良好的住宿。
非常有礼貌、乐于助人的工作人员。
当我询问吸烟区时，接待处那位友好的女士实际上给了我一个吸烟室。
