Room was clean, but wifi didn't work. Hallways were triple locked and freezing cold - December in Chicago, so expect cold; but the inside hallways lacked heat.
Room warmed up pretty fast. Water took forever to get hot in shower. No plus near the desk for laptop. That aside, the price was decent, and it was a room with a desk and tv and shower - so Okay. About what you expect for an inexpensive hotel. Worth it at $100 per night - not so much over that.

别指望前台的日班/晚班员工会给你好脸色看、微笑或提供任何形式的客户服务。酒店正在翻新，所以有些房间有热水，有些则没有。如果你预订了豪华房，那肯定会有冰箱和干净的房间，非豪华房的情况我就不清楚了。
