We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the water pressure and shower head was refreshing, and staff was quick to respond. Breakfast consisted only of muffins, granola bars, and coffee, but all were fresh. It was like management paid attention to the little important things that would make a stay pleasant.

Room was what I expected for the price. AC needs cleaning, but the linenes were clean and the room was in good shape for the age of the faculty.

In room 103 near the front desk and could hear staff talking well past quiet time. Good coffee, packaged muffins for breakfast. Pillows are large and pretty solid, too bulky to sleep on comfortable. Good Ac control, and quiet.
