I went to check into my room that I already had paid for and they said they wouldn't check me in due to my visit with them but I didn't have any issues and when I checked out they gave me my deposit back so I was very confused and since I used the rest of the money I had to buy the room I couldn't go anywhere else so I was outside in the cold for the whole time

The beds were un comfortable. If you're short bring a step stool. And if you're elderly, i advise you to look elsewhere. Very hard to get into the beds. Couldn't get a handicap room, because we needed 2 beds and all the handicap rooms have 1 bed. Management was great as ******* messed up our reservation.
泳池是封闭的，气温有80多度却不能用！门缝很大，外面清晰可见！酒店外有好几个人大声喧哗，一直到半夜。还有好几辆车整晚都在轰鸣。不会再住这里了！
我们喜欢6号汽车旅馆，因为入住和退房手续非常简单方便。我们只需进去出示收据，就能拿到钥匙，然后就可以忙自己的事了。房间总是很干净，员工也总是很友好、知识渊博且乐于助人。唯一让人沮丧的是地理位置。这片街区不是最好也不是最安全的。

工作人员粗鲁无知，我听不懂他们说的任何东西，花了 20 分钟才办理入住，他们找不到预订，他们想要现金押金，然后他们想要填写更多的文件，由于工作人员的无能和粗鲁傲慢，花了 30 分钟才到达房间
前台那位女士态度不太好，心情很烦躁，就像不想上班一样。房间很差，厕所堵塞了，没人能帮我们，我们一大早就退房了，想找另一家酒店结束我们的商务旅行。不会推荐这家酒店
