I was disappointed that there was no printed TV channel list, The on screen list was cumbersome and scrolled much too quickly

No room cleaning, no fresh towels, one small shampoo/conditioner bottle - over 3 days ( 2 people) , Sour milk on the breakfast buffet, coffee was out by 8:00 am … the side door was broken

Hotel is outdated; the facilities are old, crusty feeling. Not what we expected, unfortunately. Customer service just average.

Front desk staff are all friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. My room is spotless. Room has microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and toiletries.

说实话，房间花了87美元，我已经付了钱，但是到了酒店之后他们又收了我一笔押金，而且没有退还给我。我还在等呢。😣
