Hotel could use updating. Room worn and dated. Had to wait long time to check in because room not ready. Staff friendly and did the best they could to expedite. Breakfast was excellent. Best I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The room is always very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always a 10/10 the grits is so creamy and never gets stiff really you could just eat them plain, they have a wide variety of hot and cold options and they change daily and the cooks deserve a raise because they cook with soul

This hotel has been renovated since the last time I was here. It’s really nice! The room was clean & spacious. The beds are comfortable. A/C was cold. There was a nice size refrigerator, but no microwave. At least I didn’t see one. We enjoyed our stay. Will book again.
自驾穿越美东途中休息住的酒店，没印象了，应该是还好主要是不在城区还比较新，早餐不记得了，房间比较大吧
臭虫!!!!!!!!!!!! 我第一晚在床上发现了一只虫子，当时不知道那是什么虫。我以为可能是从地上爬上来的。我住在另一个房间的同事告诉我他也发现了虫子。当我退房时，我发现我的胳膊和腿上渐渐布满了被咬的痕迹。我在网上查了一下，说是臭虫，而且很难清除。老实说，在我自己的国家我从来没有见过也不知道臭虫是什么。我的美国朋友建议我把所有衣服都扔掉，以防把它们带回中国！
前台员工非常乐于助人且友好！这里所有的员工都是如此。每个人都竭尽全力确保客人得到妥善照顾。酒店离Irmo的大部分地方都很近。
