Bedding needs replaced. Shared photos with receptionist. Only one elevator, which broke down and needed to use stairs after a total knee replacement. Was not informed that there would not be any housekeeping because of Thanksgiving. Needed towels. The staff was kind, but had their hands tied when trying to make things right.

Everything was good including room service the bathrooms were clean and supplied but some of the trim had the paint chip and a little bit of darkness but other than that it was all quite perfect

Stay was good
I think the lady doing the breakfast was due because it wasn't really hot. We were there right when it opened so she maybe didn't start early enough.

Staff was very welcoming and our room was very clean. Nice hotel and would definitely stay again. I liked the early check in which made it fast & easy when we arrived!

Rooms were nice and spacious. They were also pretty clean. The air conditioner must have been leaking because there was a puddle of water between the beds. When I told the front desk at check-out, they didn’t seem too concerned. Stairwell carpet was pretty dirty.

Breakfast was lacking but the staff was amazing. The room was clean but the pillows were feather-not my favorite.
The pool was small but my boys enjoyed it.
Will def stay again when we have soccer in the area.

The room was roomy, but water damage on side of window, patch on ceiling, it wasn't painted.
The whole place was dirty. Not well matained. Won't stay there again.
The lady that perpaired the breakfast was very nice. She got breakfast ready for early risers.
Need another waffle menu machine. There was a walking path along the side,behind hotel was FULL of trash. Looked like they drank beer and had a party.

Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options. Pool area was small but fine for young kids. Our room had plenty of space for our family of 6. We didn't feel crowded. The microwave in our room was broken, but the mini fridge was working and large enough to hold all the contents of our rolling cooler. The front desk was able to help us with extra bedding and we appreciated the hot chocolate in the lobby.

Nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and rooms were very nice. Will stay there again.
