The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The only complaint was that the room didn’t have a coffee pot and when asked at the front desk they said they didn’t have any. The only coffee they offered was in the morning at the Grab in Go Breakfast which consisted of coffee, packaged oatmeal, muffin or grits.
You couldn’t beat the price for a quick one night stay while traveling.

Room smelled like musty feet. Was to have a pull out couch, there was none. Stained sheets. No items in the kitchen as stated to cook with. Ohhh and don’t forget the $100 surprise security deposit! Not worth the $132 if you get in late you have to call the company from phone at the door?!? After 14 hrs on the road definitely not what we wanted to walk into 🙄

Nice stay
It was quiet and clean. Professional staff at the front desk. I was not bothered by other guests like at other hotels that were noisier. I liked my room and I like how the bed is not right next to the door and the hallway.

Property is convenient to the highway and only 20-25 minutes from USC. Convenient to shopping and only 2 miles from Costco.
AC Unit struggle to keep entire room cool so we had to lower to 64 to keep bed area which is away from AC cool.

Avoid this place. The hallways stink so bad. There was garbage on the window ledge. The rooms were okay, just didn’t feel clean. The lights in the room were the CFL spirally bulbs, and kept flickering,and there was no light at all in the living room space. The elevator was sketchy and bouncy and the doors acted like they weren’t going to open. There’s not front desk staff after 10 pm.

Disappointed
Awful stayed for 1 month never received housekeeping. My pets got fleas while staying at this property when management was told they totally overlooked it and NEVER showed concern. When I checked out they kept half of my deposit and claimed my two small dogs left MASSIVE hair in room which is not true. I asked to do a walk through w/management before I checked out but no one did so and I was told I would get my deposit back and to not worry. This place is total Gary **** smoke in hallways and no one cares but ALWAYS find a new price to charge you.

Wasn’t anybody to help for the checking out. Cart to transport our luggage were locked up somewhere and nobody can help us. We have to carry our luggage by ourselves from the four floor
