Room was good! It's a Comfort Suites- not the Ritz y'all...so, note it's a good place not a great place. It is a great place for the money. Staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming to me...a bit less towards my traveling companion-for another time. Easy in , easy out close to the highway. You'd think in Louisiana, they'd have Community Coffee-they don't-hmmm-it shows.

Incredibly friendly desk staff! The hotel is brand new or looked it! The suite was spacious, clean & modern. This will be our go-to stop in Natchitoches from now on!

Room was clean, AC was great, bed was comfortable. My main complaint was the shower. When I got into the room the tub had no shower curtain, which a quick call to the front desk resolved this. They promptly came in and resolved that issue. The water pressure was .. okay, however the water itself was dirty almost? Yellow hue to the water that was definitely visible when sitting at the bottom of the tub.

Short and sweet

Our stay was short and sweet. Staff was amazing and super nice. I think his name was Jeff, he asked which direction we were traveling and checked the forecast being that bad weather was in the area. The room was spacious, cleaned and smelled great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for unknown reasons. Staff was helpful but they really needed another person to help to make check-in more efficient.

I've been going to Natchitoches for 30 years, and this is the first time staying at Comfort Suites. We normally try to stay closer to Front Street. The town was booked up, and this was one of the only rooms available. The staff were so polite, the room was clean, cold, and so many pillows on the bed. The breakfast was plentiful and edible. I would definitely stay again. Lots of parking available even at a very busy time.
