The floor was dirty the bathroom was also dirty the tub was a mess the areas you put your shampoo and other bath supplies were full of some kind of black dust the bottom of the tub was disgusting
There was a musty Oder in the room.
Staff were friendly didn’t eat the breakfast or use any amenities. I did use the washer and dryer the washer had to be cleaned before I could even use it. The entire washer was full of some kind of black dust. The parking was terrible there is not enough spaces for the amount of rooms.
The hotel over all is out dated and needs quite a bit or remolding best option would be to demolish it and rebuild.

The room is so far so good and the older lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

On ********** the parking was good for large vehicles/RV's/bus. We were pulling a small boat and could not park and barely turn around. There was no where to park. The bad part is we were planning on staying at the Hampton Inn. You did not show any options for our parking but as it was, they did have areas to park. I will not trust ********** again when determining if a hotel sight can accommodate our situation.

Staff were efficient, beds were comfortable but bathroom needs an upgrade. Breakfast was very disappointing, no healthy options or protein based foods, very limited fruit.

The room was filthy, the night office person was unfriendly and the breakfast was horrible.

Carpet stained, didn't want to touch the sofa! Hair left all over the tub. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast ok.

My God this place was gross. I knew it was going to be bad when I came in around 9pm on 7/4 and saw the front desk associate just vaping on the couch in the lobby.
I couldn't even walk on the carpet in the room because of how nauseatingly filthy it felt.
The bathroom absolutely was not cleaned. Toothpaste all over the sink faucet and ***** hair on the toilet seat. There was also some type of oily film smeared all over the door and tables. It was like housekeeping sprayed wood cleaner and didn't bother to wipe it up.
Housekeeping is AWFUL here.
I do want to make it known that the front desk associate working the morning on 9/5 was lovely. She's a keeper.
