The staff was friendly and accommodating. I needed a ground floor due to mobility limitations and they were able to make that happen. The room was clean and welcoming. It was quiet yet close to just about anything you could want.

The room smelled like cigarettes the entire weekend. I went to the office the first evening and the lady told me that they couldn't give me a different room because I was in a single room and all the others were booked. She offered some spray but I told her we had already tried to spray and nothing worked. She said the manager would reach out but they never did.
The handles used for turning on the shower were extremely loose and close to falling off as well.

Parking was easy, right in front of my room door. I only grabed a banana on the go for breakfast. Did not take time to eat anything else.

Check in was good. The wrong room was given but quickly fixed once we mentioned it. Room appeared clean. Unfortunately while out of the Room for breakfast our room was entered and was cleaned before we checked out. We had not completely removed our stuff as we planned to come back after breakfast some of our belongings was taken but thankfully the cleaning lady had it on her cart (I guess she was gonna keep it). They had no business going

Our hotel room was just dirty. Floors weren’t cleaned, sheets had dirt on them. Pillows ****** and not washed properly, made me break out on my face , towels felt waxy and too small. Bathroom was dirty. Front desk lady was not very welcoming. Won’t ever stay here again

The staff were super nice and courteous. Our room did not seem super clean (stained towels/shower curtain). One of the shower handles to control the temperature was also not properly secured into the wall, so it was hanging out from the wall and difficult to use. The room itself was pretty dimly lit, but overall comfortable.

Excellent for value overall! Great town to visit. We stayed here on a motorcycle trip to ride the Twisted Sister highways, which were not far. This hotel was clean, very well situated, not far from downtown core. Great price compared to others in town. Close to everything. Breakfast was typical of the Super 8 brand. Minimal to choose from but good enough for a quick bite. Highly recommend this location if you are a motorcyclist riding in the Texas Mountain trail.
