Room was ok, handicap bathroom not set up very well, no place to hang towel and no place to put anything in the shower.

Breakfast was terrible. I didn't expect tons of options but it was very very limited. One kind of yogurt, bread, some cereal a few muffins and waffles. Waffle maker was ok but no tongs to remove hot waffles from griddle. And no cups for syrup. Only one cup for the mix being reused. Juice machine was broken so the only option for drinks was coffee. I asked clerk to put sign on machine letting guests know it wasn't working. She glanced at me then looked back at her phone. No spoons for the cereal. Asked same clerk for spoon, she got them but wasn't happy to be helping. Overall very poor excuse for breakfast.

I was turned away , I searched for part friendly hotels ..your site brought up this Days Inn, but they were not, and now I can't get my refund because you can't be reached!

I never leave reviews but for the sake of the world I am today. This was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in! The first room had what looked like blood and mold on a mattress barely covered with a sheet and hairs everywhere. The second room we requested was a little better so we thought. The ceiling fan was coated with 6 inches of dust and God knows what else. They had sprinklers over the beds with the same. I asked three times to have housekeeping clean it that my child had asthma. All 3 front desk people said they’d call and no one came! If they had anywhere else available we would have left. I thought about sleeping in my car it was so gross. The side door does not lock and anyone can walk into the hotel at night. Do better or get better cleaners!

My only issue was the lobby being closed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. We left at 2:30 a.m. and had a bit of a time getting the person to wake from the lobby couch. Warning to closure would have been more helpful. Instead of a note on the door when leaving.
