酒店服务很好，我们到的很早，酒店把房间清理出来，中午就让入住了！而且公区的卫生间也不错，有热水！
从酒店出行都需要打车，不过也很好打。
酒店热水很充足，但是排水不是特别通畅！
早晨去河边能拍到热气球，需要长焦镜头。
早餐也还不错，有鲜榨果汁（9点过去就没有补新了）有很多热的牛奶粥等选择，还挺好喝的。

非常好！尼罗河景不错，房间也很大，适合二宝家庭，早餐也算比较丰富！
ps：酒店外面的“美味聚”中餐馆，太好吃了，大家可以去满足下中国胃
indrive 打车到卢克索神庙 80埃镑左右。
不太建议预定这个酒店～入住当晚到店比较晚，预定的大床房应该是没有了，给我们直接安排双床房～但酒店非说是我们预定的订单有问题，最后发现不是携程直接预定而是携程通过其他代理预定～虽然携程后续做了补偿，但整体体验很差，包括酒店的硬件设施、服务质量等都乏善可陈
前台很难沟通，给了一个很偏僻的房间，二楼要自己搬箱子，酒店整体服务态度不是很好，补水不要找前台，还需要加钱，直接找打扫工作人员拿。酒店确实比较旧，也不大。冬天很冷风很大。

这家酒店有点缺点都很突出，建议大家谨慎选择，先说优点，景观真的不错，不输阿斯旺炒上天那家，卡纳克餐厅的自助晚餐也非常不错，仅限晚餐！
缺点就是严重需要避雷的，至少我不会再选择的，隔音非常差，房间的墙壁都是木板搭的，各种响动大的惊人，从早持续到晚，凌晨5点过就能听见走廊开始闹起来了，大声喧哗的国人开始出门去做热气球了，这个酒店各种设施也是老的可怕，住了2天真的马上想逃，还有就是有个房型是优选豪华河景，真的被骗了哈，1楼优选**！！还不如楼上的房间！
卢克索可选的酒店不多，这家是性价比最高五星级酒店，虽然设施较老但是服务的保养在线，更重要的是，这家酒店不在闹市区，离市区也不远，住过埃及各个城市市中心的同学应该知道这点意味着什么，没有喇叭、有摩托、没有噪音，能让你睡个好觉。我住了两次，阿斯旺回来后又住了一次。
酒店的环境倒挺好，有时间的话，可以在泳池看尼罗河日出日落。但平房的花园景开窗并没有什么景色。早饭看上去很丰富，但绝大部分都是酱料和奶酪。服务还算周到，但还是老旧了
在这家酒店住两晚，分别住了花园景观房和尼罗河景观房。所有的尼罗河景观房都会受到停靠在一站地外的尼罗河油轮产生的噪音的影响。我分别从左翼景观房搬到右翼景观房声音略小一点，但依旧受到很大影响，带上耳塞可以隔绝掉油轮产生的高频噪音，但无法隔离噪音和建筑物之间产生的低频噪音，如果对睡眠质量有要求，推荐他家的花园房。我和父母三围成人尼罗河警官房每张床0.8米宽会给+1张床是正常的床垫，只是床架比较矮，会放在靠近阳台的小客厅位置，那里的噪音更加明显。酒店我睡了三个房间硬件设施都是比较老旧，毕竟时间长了需要站在浴缸里淋浴，但是水流很冲，水温很好，第一个房间水池还是堵的，不主动要拖鞋和牙刷的话房间里是没有的。卫生方面大体还不错，犄角旮旯的地方不要去触碰就好。不会再选择尼罗河景观房了会选择他家的花园房。他家大厅外有公共的观景泳池和区域完全可以到那里去看落日和尼罗河景观。
设施：酒店设施齐全，应有尽有
卫生：卫生条件还可以
环境：环境5🌟，酒店就在尼罗河边，对岸就是帝王谷。早餐可以在尼罗河边享用，早上在阳台上可以看到热气球起飞很浪漫。但是酒店入口需要从一个大铁门进入，uber只能停在门口，步行进去100m。
服务：服务还不错
房间比较旧 我觉得一般 设施什么的也不太行 酒店早餐没包 多花了600埃镑一人吃的 很不值 没有什么好吃的虽然种类不少 但是有中式白粥 没有小菜榨菜什么的 旅游团蛮多的 体验感一般
