Stay was ok. Beds were very squeaky so every move was heard and sleep was highly disrupted. Bathroom was out of shampoo conditioner and body wash and corners of the room were dirty as well as the floors didn’t seem to have been mopped. My feet ended up dirty fresh out of the shower.

Definitely matches its name of Americas Best Value. For the price, room and property were clean & I felt safe. I had stayed before when it was Knights Inn & it was obvious some improvements have been made.

Floor was fithy and was not cleaned even after requested. Mirror light in bathroom was dimly lit. Requested it be repaired. They put a reading lamp in bathroom and did not fix the light. Room service sloppily covered the bed. It was not remade.

People outside, yelling and clearly using. Room was disgusting and you could smell the cigarette smoke before opening the room. We left right away. Very disappointed that ******* would allow this motel to advertise when they’re using misleading photos and there’s no way others left positive reviews.

There were roaches crawling on the walls, dead roaches and dirt all over the bed, disgusting place. One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at and that is saying a lot. I have photos of all of it.

Consistently great service

Dislocation is my halfway point whenever I leave North Carolina and head toward southern New York. The people at the front desk do a nice job checking me in and getting me a comfortable room. Can't say enough about them keep up the good work
