Upon arrival I had noticed the outside awning was falling down thought it was from the storms we have had. Check in was easy but was told there was 100 dollar fee added that I didn’t know about. Go into the room it had a smell of mold and mildew bad. We had headaches and allergies started acting up. Walked into the bathroom and the walls were covered in mold and mildew. I do have pictures to prove this. I will never stay there again. I can’t show allergies and coughing in pictures but we stayed away as long as we could and slept there. Checking out early.

My room was clean, King bed very comfortable. Only problem was the door was a little hard to close. (Rm.107)

The property was dated, but I knew that when I booked, so it wasn’t an issue. The staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating.

Not bad for the price these days. The folks running this place are polite and professional. It was a more affordable option for attending an event in Lexington.

Good rooms for the money though somewhat dated. Service desk was helpful and friendly. Cleaning needed to be more thorough but wasn’t subpar.

Property could use a up grade but the room was really clean the staff was really nice and helpful I would stay here again. The price was great

Hotel was dated. Cleanliness was OK. There was a chair in the room that was gross. Very dirty! We were only staying over night. Bed was OK. For the price I would stay again for a night. An extended stay I would choose another place.

Refrigerator leaked some kind of odorless liquid. Microwave was very old and nearly impossible to use. Bathroom door handle was broke. Shower was covered in hair from previous tenant. No usb outlets to charge phones/electronics so this made it highly inconvenient and difficult to charge phones. No hairdryer provided. No ELEVATOR to upper floors. Stairwells were cluttered with plants and incense which made them hard and dangerous to climb with luggage. Staff was rude at check in and did nothing but complain about EVERYTHING. No laundry detergent was available to purchase for the laundry room. Dryer only halfway dried clothes.

My room was in poor condition the walls had holes in them and paint was peeled off in spots wouldn’t stay at another red roof inn
