We just stayed overnight on our trip somewhere else. The beds were rather small. I think they were full size. The heater was a little loud but tolerable. Overall, a nice enough place to sleep for the night.

After9 hours on the road, the friendly reception at the front desk and the clean and comfortable room gave me a much needed rest . Then, a simple but perfect breakfast in the clean dining area and really good coffee gave me a leg up on the rest of my journey. Thank you!

The neighborhood was a bit suspect, but the rooms were very clean and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband got mean mugged by one of the staff, when he was walking through the lobby with 2 plates of food. She pointed to a sign about not taking extra food, which was ridiculous because he had only had 2 plates! hich he was bringing back to our room.

I accidentally left my wallet in the room and within a half hour they called me to tell me they found it. So it didn't take long to return to Best Western extremely helpful. It was clean and everyone was courteous.

We were not even able to stay because they did not have space for my vehicles and when I talked with the desk staff, they said they couldn't return my $220.46 for 2 rooms. I had to go to another hotel. I am completely infuriated by this. I will never stay at a BEST WESTERN again! This is fraud! Don't have a hotel if you don't have parking for your customers!!!!

We did not charge your card at the property level so the desk clerk on duty would not have been able to provide a refund. It is always a good idea to check with the property about parking specifications before booking a non-refundable reservation. Size, parking lot structure, entrance/exit layout, and many other details aren't always visible in pictures or website wording. Plus, many parking areas are not designed for oversized vehicles like moving trucks and vehicles with long trailers. I am sorry that we were unable to meet your needs and expectations.
