Staff was very friendly. The room had poor lighting and the bathtub was disgusting. The beds and pillows need an upgrade. The room next to us was getting cleaned at 6 am and the cleaner was blasting the TV. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

No elevator! Our room was on the 2’d floor.
My husband has Parkinson’s and we had been traveling for 9 hours. Kind of hard going up

The steps with luggage in our hands. Also- the heater in the pool went out so it was suggested I not get in as the water would be cold. I have a leg injury and was looking forward to walking in the water to help it out.
Service was excellent; room was great. And breakfast was nice.

Room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Turned heat on and smoke alarm came on, scared us all. Pool was ice cold couldn’t use. Staff was amazing with check in and handling of any issues that arose.

This was an incredible value! Our room was large and clean. I gave them a 4/5 rating because the shower handle came off when I turned on the shower and, though I wrestled the faucet as far to “hot” as I could, the water was lukewarm.

The lobby and hallway to our room was clean and smelled pleasant. When we walked into our suite room 117, the room had an intense smell of mold/mildew, the ceiling fan was caked with dust. My wife did not sleep very well because of the smell and anxiety of getting sick, which she did throughout the night. We have stayed in many Wyndham hotels and was very disappointed by this one.

After a night, came back to a note saying my room can not be cleaned due to shortage of staff. The room was not dirty, just my bed to be made. The staff who drop that note should have done that I wouldn’t even notice. I had to sleep know the room was dirty that played with my mind a little bit. I wondered how long the staff was out for and if it was even cleaned before I came in. Now I am thinking will it be cleaned for the next customer or will a note be left as well. Aside that, it’s a great place I think, good ambiance and quiet away from noise.

This property is the nicest I have been in for quite awhile. Friendly American desk clerk when I arrived. He answered all questions provided info on pool and places that would deliver. I will be back. The room was fabulous
