Room very clean. In room coffee really good, continental breakfast really good, lot to choose from, friendly staff.

The room we had smelled so bad. The carpet was stained, the restroom was “cleaned” there was a hair in the toilet and the bath tub was just dirty. The fridge had vinegar smell. Check in people were nice but the hotel no.

It was good the beds were hard and the pillows extremely flat and hard but all in all ok. The staff was really nice and helpful. I booked a handicap room with out knowing bigger bathroom a plus but the toliet was so close to the wall it was uncomfortable.

The room was good, we weren't looking for 5-Star service.
We received a towel, when we requested room service, which had black stains on it, and could not use it.
The water temperature was not steady, seemed to go cold/hot, unsteady.
The TV's were difficult to operate with several remotes and no directions for any of them. We used the coffee and when towels and trash were removed/exchanged, the coffee was not replenished?
The service seemed to be minimal, at best.

I'm so sorry about the water issue. I do remember that we did have a leak and that it didn't get fully resolved until the night you arrived. I hope that the next time you're in town you will give us another chance to meet your expectations.

The toilet stopped up. The price was 60 to a 100% more than the same room in most states that I travel in. I understand charging what the market is willing to pay on a Saturday night in Fredericksberg, but you could give more for the big price you charge, in my opinion

While the staff was exemplary, the condition of the motel was terrible. My room smelled moldy and there was clear water damage along all the bottom of the walls. The floor was laminate flooring that was very dirty. My son had to wash his feet after walking around the room because they were so dirty. The hot water was short lived. My mother's room was marginally better but the bathtub faucet was so difficult to turn on she had to call the front desk and have them turn on the water. By the way, did i mention how wonderful the staff was? They responded quickly and effectively to any problem. I honestly felt bad that they had to deal with problems the owners were too cheap to fix. I would NEVER stay here again. Spend the extra $100, I know I will.
