The staff was awful she was rude crude and completely unacceptable! She was discriminatory she was just a terrible clerk. She didn't try to be accommodating whatsoever. I have reported her to higher level.

The staff upon check in was fantastic. They were courteous, polite, and friendly. The room was clean and as expected. The best part was the AMAZING water pressure and hot water. The continental breakfast was okay. I would have really liked plain water available not just juice and coffee but thw cinnamon waffles were a really cool treat.

Great stay
Travelled from NJ 9 hrs and family members were all en route for wedding. Very exciting.
Front desk greeted us with warmth. Very helpful and kind. Nothing to complain about- pleasant experience 100%.

Stayed for a night wirh family on way to Niagara Falls. Place was clean and breakfast has good options

got to our room, and the door lock didn't work, and it took an hour to move us to another room around 11 p.m. , which was less than what we paid for the weekend, and spoke to the front desk
They said that they couldn't help because I booked through a third-party *******

When awe arrived we could not go to our room since they were redoing the locks on the doors. We were told our room would be ready in 1/2 hour. After my husband asked and I did again I was told there was another room not quite what we booked for but available. Of course we took it. This should never have happened. Will not stay with you again.

Not very clean. No mattress covers just a fitted sheet on mattresses. Several things broken in room. Smells coming from cooking in other rooms on the first floor. Small ants in room on first floor. We moved to 3 rd floor and didn’t see any more bugs.

This place is a dump and a member of the front desk is shockingly rude. I will never stay at one of their properties again.
