A shout out to the staff At Comfort Inn In Augusta Maine . I stayed there a week ago Friday and left a brand new pair of RX glasses. They were kind enough to package them up so they did not get damaged and shipped them to me, Thank You very much for your hospitality and service returning my glasses.

Clean room! Was staying for Black Friday shopping ! We stay here every year. Convientent to sopping. A little disappointed the Hot Chocolate bar wasn’t set up this year , we look forward to it every year.

The room was clean and the staff courteous with a free hot breakfast. I especially like that they have Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot and a restaurant right there too.

The staff were very accommodating when the business next door had a malfunctioning and noisy air conditioner. The staff graciously upgraded my room to move away from the problem. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained.

This was by far the worst and most stressful stay our family has had at a hotel. We stay in hotels for travel an average of ten times a year with our children, so we have seen our share of hotels and experienced car break ins to the best stays ever. Even with the craziest happenings, we’ve always been met with good staff at least.
The problems started at the Comfort Inn in Augusta Maine with the staff and management at check in. We reserved a king deluxe suit with a sofa bed. We were told because we booked through *******, a third party, that we were not guaranteed the room we wanted; just a room available. The raised voices and extremely rude and argumentative nature of the staff was off putting to say the least. The continued glares our family received throughout the weekend just added to the experience.
After waking up we found that the football team that had booked a block of rooms had broken the elevator. We weren’t able to use that for the day we were getting four children ready to be in a wedding party (all of which needed to be at the venue at different times). Then we noticed that the hood of our vehicle was scratched. We parked under a camera (because of past hotel incidents). When we informed the maintenance and staff about the incident and if we could get the footage, we were told those cameras haven’t worked in a long time. No apologies or help offered. I have photos.
We were unable to call the police because of the time constraints with the wedding.

The staff was awful she was rude crude and completely unacceptable! She was discriminatory she was just a terrible clerk. She didn't try to be accommodating whatsoever. I have reported her to higher level.

The staff upon check in was fantastic. They were courteous, polite, and friendly. The room was clean and as expected. The best part was the AMAZING water pressure and hot water. The continental breakfast was okay. I would have really liked plain water available not just juice and coffee but thw cinnamon waffles were a really cool treat.
