We arrived me my wife and 4 kids to a 2 beds and one sofa bed and realised the A/C isn't working but most of all now realizing the couch bed we need smells like a strong odor of urine to the point we will have to share 2 beds for all 6 of us because we have all our belongings already here in the room and is late enough for my kids to go to bed at this very moment, this is very deceiving

We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the room was spotless. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn’t like the shower doors. You freeze to death just to turn it on bc both doors don’t open so you have to stand under the shower head to turn it on. Otherwise, top notch! Definitely recommend

We booked a deluxe king suite , when got in the room we found that we were in a handicap accessible room.There was no room divider for living room , and the tub was in the living room next to couch.The bathroom had 2 drains in the floor for the shower because it being handicapped accessible made the water run all over bathroom floor .The carpet was dirty and it looked as if the only cleaning that was done was changing bed.And quick wipe down of countertop in bathroom.The front desk staff and the women who made breakfast were wonderful though.

Phone and hair dryer were broken. Had to go down and get bedding/pillows for the pullout couch (was also unsteady and very squeaky. No apology just a thank you we’ll make a note of it.
