i booked the room and didn't even stay, that's how horrible the bed was. once i sat on it i left. sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than that bed.

I had dustbunnies on floor near bed from poor vacuuming in additon to the fact I saw a roach as I was leaving the hotel in the hallway. The coffee in lobby was cold when I tried to have an evening cup. And I kept waking up from noise outside the room.
It's fine for a quick night to have somewhere to stay but other than that don't go there if you're trying to relax.

Property is old and has not been upgraded. We had to change from our first room due to black mold in the shower. Air conditioner was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep. We were there two nights and no maid service. No bottled water available in vending machines or anywhere that we could find. I could go on. Never again here!

两张床上的枕套和枕头都沾满了污渍。真恶心！枕头上到处都是棕色的圆圈。不是一个枕头，而是所有枕头。我们入住期间自己买了枕头。真是太可怕了！我们请酒店服务员疏通了下水道，但他们还是没疏通。任何超过涓涓细流的水都会把水槽淹掉。我们的地板上满是面包屑和灰尘。我们根本没法光脚走动，不得不穿着袜子或拖鞋穿过房间，以免进屋时把面包屑带上床。说实话，我也不知道为什么我们决定住在这里，但在华盛顿州立大学迎新周期间，其他所有酒店都订满了。我再也不会来了。
酒店位置不错，但略显破败，需要进行一些翻新。如果在选择酒店之前知道没有电梯就好了。自助早餐略有不足。不过工作人员很友好，乐于助人。
