The grounds and the pool were just beautiful. However, we were very disappointed with the room due to a major issue. It rained and rain leaked thru the ceiling onto the coffee table and carpet. The room was also very outdated. Carpet had stains and the furniture had scratches on them. Very outdated! Another issue was the night we checked into the hotel there was a comforter and dishes laying outside our room's entrance. I called the next morning, and they were to come and remove them. It never happened, so I brought it up with staff again and they never removed them. It was the next day when we had the leak from the rain that it finally was resolved. Kudos to the maintenance staff, Cole who fixed the problem and also had the comforter removed. The manager, Melinda did offer another room for us, but we decided against it due to the great work that Cole did to fix the issue, so we decided to stay because we only had one more day left. Melinda stated that we would receive a 50-dollar credit. We never received it and when I called about it, the desk staff said it was a 50-dollar credit for the reservation to use at their resort. This was not told to us. We stayed there in 2017 and had a fantastic stay but this time sadly no.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The master suite was very nice, lots of room. However the bathroom sink had a leaky faucet and the shower smelled bad, like rotten eggs. The shower head had something green on it, either mold or lime scale, not sure. The soaking tub wasn’t clean either. Otherwise the room itself and bed were clean and comfortable.

It was an easy drive to shopping, gas and restaurants. Not far from the freeway and the area was clean and safe. Will stay here again.

This place is amazing. Our suite was large and perfect. Nice master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and family room.
My whole family loved it. They have nice outdoor grills. The pool area with water slide was a lot of fun as well. Plenty of lounge chairs and space for everyone.
The only small downside is that the cell/internet is absolutely horrible. If you plan on working it will be difficult unless you have satellite service. Otherwise awesome place.

I mean it worked but I wont be back
Rooms were awesome but laundry machine smelled like cigarettes. The walls are super thin and the people above us were rearranging furniture and chasing children all hours of the night. I realize that was the other guests and outside the control of the facility but we could hear people in the walkways at the ice machine at the pool and all sides of the room. The internet is total garbage. Unless you pay for the faster one but we had no cell coverage or internet without an additional fee (that in itself will
