Indoor pool and hot tub were shown in pictures but there was no hot tub. Enjoyed the pool but disappointed there was no hot tub as advertised in pictures.

The room, service and pool area were fine but the complimentary breakfast was very weak. There was zero hot food served, there was bagels but no bread for toast, there was only 2 juices to choose from and the oj was bitter and the milk for the cereal was warm. A couple went out and brought McDonald’s back.

Check in was smooth, despite the fact that ******* failed to notify us or them that we were arriving. Apparently the hotel was recently changed ownership cpurchasedbSpark.

I booked this hotel even though it was much more expensive than other hotels because it showed pictures of a hot tub when I couldn’t find it I went to the front desk and the manager said those were old pictures they filled in the hot tub! Very disappointed the room was new and the bed was comfortable. We were staying on the first floor and at 5:30am the breakfast worker was talking very loudly with the front desk person and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The breakfast was as mentioned in other reviews bagels, muffins and cereal nothing else. I would not stay again.
酒店是新装修的，之前是“Sleep Inn”。早餐非常糟糕，甚至都算不上欧陆式早餐。没有茶包，也没有炒鸡蛋之类的热食。在那里工作的人看起来很不开心。
太棒了，酒店很新，而且非常干净。这是我们住过最干净的酒店！床超级舒服，简直是一次美妙的体验。我从没想过我会这样评价一家酒店，但对这家酒店我真的要这么说！
他们换了名字，也换了新招牌，但Trip好像不知道，或者根本没告诉我。花了一点时间才弄明白该去哪儿。太让人失望了！

不是一两只，而是一大堆虫子在卧室和浴室里爬来爬去。我们在凌晨 1 点换了房间，当时虫子在我的枕头上爬，把我吵醒了。晚上的人和早上的人都耸耸肩说希望其他一切都好。我什至与工作人员分享了多个有关错误的视频。
